Clean Elections? Cell Phone Modems in Voting Machines?

I attended a conference today concerned with taking action to identify election fraud and finding ways to clean things up.

I was surprised to learn that commonly used vote counting tabulators have cell phone modems built right in. But apparently that news has been reported before... and ignored.

Good one. What if the Deep State here in the USA doesn't want some particular candidate to win some election right here in America? Like Donald Trump in 2020? What if, eh?
