Consensus on Last Night's State of the Union Address

Normally an overwhelming consensus on anything political here in America would refer to a consensus among mainstream media outlets. Today, though, there seems to be a major consensus among independent conservative outlets concerning President Biden's speech last night. Here are some samples:

I also saw Candice Owens on an independent talk show chiming in on the consensus that basically Biden's speech was the darkest Presidential speech ever and there is a consensus that his mood resulted from the cocktail of drugs that were used on Biden to rev him up. An unfortunate side effect of this cocktail is that it triggers Biden's anger. The speech - what I saw of it anyway - reminded me of an angry Adolph Hitler yelling to a crowd who react over and over again with praise.

I wonder if anybody else noticed what these people noticed?
