World War Now!

Should the entire world break out in war, we now have a person we can point to as the one responsible for starting it. This article has today's date on it:

Ayatollah Nasser Makarem Shirazi

Essentially this guy seems to be declaring war against any and all people who oppose Muslim dictatorships.

Maybe I'm reading this wrong but if not, then what alternative does the world have other than to exterminate all Muslims who accept this fatwa?

Quick Update:

It just occurred to me that Donald Trump just spared the life of Iran's religious leader when he sent a bomber raid against Iran's nuclear sites. So, this fatwa against President Trump was not because Trump threatened Iran's leadership. It has to be because Trump threatens Iran's nuclear weapons program which seems hypocritical since there is already an Iranian fatwa against Iran obtaining nuclear weapons. Is it any wonder that the world doubts the word of Iranian religious leaders?
