Covid - Spike Protein Detox

 So maybe you've had Covid or you've had the vaccines that cause your body to produce Covid-like spike proteins and maybe you've had those spike proteins inside of you for long enough and you wish to do something about it, detox in other words. Where do you turn for help? What do you use and in what dosages?

That's something I've been wondering for awhile, how to detox from this Covid garbage.
