Groupspeak

It appears to me that the term "groupspeak" and the term "groupthink" are unrelated in meaning. I can't imagine why that would be, actually.

"Groupthink" in Wikipedia refers to the way people are pressured by the need for conformity to all be in agreement even if they are agreeing with an untruth or even a harmful concept.

So why shouldn't "groupspeak" refer to the things that people say when they are going along with groupthink?

Take for example:

“Start Reporting it the Right Way!” – Biden Scolds Reporter Who Asked About the Dumpster Fire Known as ‘Bidenomics’ (VIDEO)

In other words, say it my way or keep your big mouth shut.
