Bad Bush News from Maine

I am no Bush fan for sure so it wasn't welcome news to me when a younger cousin of the two Bush Presidents decided to run as a Republican for Governor of Maine in next year's election.

Personally I can't imagine ever trusting another Bush.

Not that the Dems are offering better choices, mind you. Here's my latest post on a Democrat candidate that I certainly don't trust. Actually I don't trust any Democrats, but this one is significantly controversial. From October 19:

Ultimately it's up to whoever counts the votes but wouldn't that make for an interesting campaign, avowed Communis oyster farmer and bartender Marine veteran Platner running against Bush heir for Maine governor? Sparks flying everywhere...
