Cocaine Brain Drain

No doubt that if you are a modern Progressive Democrat you must concur. The speedboat drug smugglers running drugs from South America into the United States are just helpless poor folk - the stereotype hillbilly kind of guy running booze during Prohibition:

The solution? American cities facing this drug epidemic need more cops - the same cities that call for defunding the police - more cops, less pay? Make America Dirty Again? The Democrat answer to MAGA?

I've never done cocaine, never wanted to and never intend to. But I am beginning to wonder if all the insanity in the world now might be some sort of cocaine brain drain.
