Yet another sign of Covid Derangement Syndrome:

So, in theory, you have this oil well in Texas and you don't want to shut it down so you are paying somebody thirty-seven dollars a barrel to take this oil off your hands. Supertankers are full already with no place to unload. Storage tanks are full. Crude oil has no value... for now...
And AOC is in second heaven because nobody wants to use oil. I'll bet that news even put a smile on Gretta's face if you can imagine.
