How Many High School Athletes Dropped Dead When You Were in High School?

It was a long, long time ago that I was in high school, but I don't recall anybody in high school sports dropping dead from heart attacks. How about you? In fact, it's only been since the advent of Covid vaccines that I can recall it being an issue anywhere in the world.
