Russia and Wagner - The Best Explanation Yet
Yesterday there was a political tornado that hit Russia and nobody can really figure out just what happened.

Although the explanations of this Wagner situation vary throughout the spectrum of conspiracy theorism [new word?], here's a view that just might be the correct one from the Wagner chief himself. His explanation reminds me of a time when my wife was attempting to run a small business renting a former kindergarten classroom in an elementary school that had been shut down a few years prior to her arrival. The responsibility for maintenance and rental of the building was in the hands of a "committee" which eventually included my wife and myself. Not everybody realizes this, but it is virtually impossible to run a business that satisfies the demands of and follows a timeframe defined by a committee. In the end it was the committee that dominated and the whole project failed.
I wonder if Prigozhin was running into some of that effect, the bureaucracy effect. It almost sounds like it in this video:
