I am beginning to remember how I felt about Donald Trump running for President again during the Biden years.

During his first term, the four years between Obama and Biden, Trump was plagued by fake news to the point where he was disabled by it. When it became clear that Trump wanted to get back into the White House during the Biden term my reaction was that he had better somehow magically wean the American public off of their addiction to fake network news and Democrat lies and get solid backing in Congress.

That did not happen, yet Trump is back in the White House.

I know it's only been just over four months, but there is so much hate now in America aimed against conservative thinking, I am losing heart. The fake news TDS public is strangling him to the point where I am beginning to wonder if Trump himself has lost faith in his own rhetoric.

I haven't wanted to talk about it much.

But here's a familiar face who now is saying what needs to be said:

Wake up Donald Trump. Your arrogant superiority complex is taking us on the path to nuclear war. Pay attention to what people beyond America's borders need. America First doesn't mean American dominance. Don't let the deep state globalist fringe dominate your presidency in their greed to rule the world.

Ukraine War - The Secret Cause

More than a year ago I thought hey, why not use Google Earth to see what Russia's interest in the Black Sea might be, and more specifically where the Sea of Azov fits in. I wasn't expecting what I discovered.

The Black Sea and the Sea of Azov pretty much surround the Crimean Peninsula. The Ukraine War is all about Russian interests. Russia has air and sea military strongholds there.

Ukraine was Russia-friendly until the coup in Ukraine in 2014 orchestrated by the CIA - yes, by America and its perceived "national security interests". This coup is called the Maidan Coup or the Maidan Revolution.

Using Google Earth I was able to zoom in on the northeast corner of the Sea of Azov and discover that the Don River, a major shipping channel through Russia, drains into the Sea of Azov there giving Russia shipping access to the Black Sea and to the Mediterranean Sea by way of Istanbul, Turkey. Crimea is key to Russia's defense of this essential waterway.

After the Maidan Coup in 2014, Ukraine, Europe, and North America have sought to drive the Russians out of Crimea. Russia's refusal to give up this essential defense of its shipping channel and Ukraine's insistence to take it from them led Russia to invade Ukraine early in 2022 which began the Ukraine War that nobody seems able to end.

Western interests - Europe and North America - don't even mention this issue, nor does Russia. It's a dirty little secret. But it is the prime reason why Russia refuses to give up and pull out of eastern Ukraine.

I have never come across a discussion of this issue until yesterday. I watch a daily commentary on the war on YouTube and yesterday he discussed the issue.

Losing It in Ukraine

I tend to agree with this assessment. I watch this guy often. He goes by the assumption that Russia will eventually win the war against Ukraine. I refuse to make that assumption mainly because it's impossible to predict the effect of technology on the final outcome. Drones looked bad for Russia a year ago. But Russia has developed countermeasures. Russia developed successful countermeasures against missiles as well.

The one thing Russia has not yet successfully developed countermeasures for is propaganda, the use of lies and deception to drive public opinion against Russia. Even Trump himself falls for the bullshit to the point where he doesn't even acknowledge what the Russians say.

I live in a state whose leadership is committed to ensuring that we become and remain a blue state - covertly symbolized by the blue star now appearing on Maine license plates. Our governor has written herself into infamy as Donald Trump's opponent concerning biological males (trans women) competing against biological females in public school sports.

Truth or Christianity, Which Do You Prefer

Back when I was young, in the culture in which I was raised - America - people who were "Christian" were pretty much either Catholic or Protestant. There was no "Fundamentalist Christianity" yet.

My parents were Protestant so we as a family bounced between the Congregational Church and the Methodist one.

As a teen, I opted out and became an atheist.

Atheist!

As a young adult, when I started using LSD, atheism became a problem for me. Obviously, there was something much larger than the atheist mind.

When I went looking, there was something new in town - "Fundamentalist Christianity" - and I was drawn in. I was baptized the real way and joined the new Fundamentalist church in town. I was "born again".

Fundamentalist Christianity didn't survive. I almost think it was Jimmy Carter who inadvertently did the "born again" movement in. As I recall, he claimed to be born again, and conservative Christians just couldn't stomach it.

That movement away from "fundamentalist" and "born again" evolved into "evangelical" leaving me out in the cold, wondering.

Eventually I was kicked out of the "body of Christ" - something that I know they did to me despite assurances that it could never happen to a "born again" Christian.

Truth itself seemed to be the issue for me. Fundamentalist Christianity and the "born again" movement seemed to be saying that the only truth in the world was what could be found in the Bible but only if it was revealed by the "Holy Spirit" through faith.

Despite all the rock-solid fundamentals, it all seemed wishy-washy to me. I tried. I even attended a small fundamentalist Bible college for a semester, but that experience did me in. What I was expected to believe and profess eventually crushed my faith.

Now it's truth - truth itself - that matters most to me, not the limited religious dogmatic Biblical truth but truth. Recently I have discovered that I am not alone. There is a new truth movement rising from Christianity and it doesn't demand membership. I have not attended church since I was evicted from the body, but I have yet to find a church that can accept this new notion of "truth".

What I can do, though, is resonate with this:

Cis (Cisgender)

The word "cisgender" is something I have heard used occasionally but I never knew the meaning. For some strange reason I seem to recall cisgender being the word that describes either a male born with genetic female characteristics or a female born with genetic male characteristics.

It turns out that I was wrong. Luckily I never used the word.

It turns out that "cisgender" refers to what I always thought of as "normal". "Heterosexual" is the word I might use.

At some point in recent history (1994 according to Wikipedia) the medical science community (or perhaps the social science experts) sent the world careening over the edge by declaring that a person's gender is magically "assigned at birth".

Think of it... All those ultrasound scans of pregnant women where they were able to identify whether their baby was male or female rendered meaningless!!! Basically a medical scam!!!

It amazes me that doctors who deliver babies haven't defended reality by dispelling this queer hoax!

What the term "assigned at birth" implies is that doctors should have the skill necessary to identify the gender of a newborn baby. It doesn't take a whole lot of skill to recognize this as a complete lie yet we are allowing ourselves to be virtue signaled into imagining this fib as truth.

Last night I was about ready to turn off the computer and head off to bed when I noticed a YouTube link to a new Tucker Carlson interview that was being premiered which I suppose means it was prerecorded but being streamed for the first time - the way Television programs work. Anyway, I tuned in, ran it back to near the beginning, and started watching. It turned out to be nearly two and a half hours long and disturbing enough to keep me from sleeping well.

Tucker was interviewing a podcaster, Shawn Ryan.

Late in the interview Shawn talks about his experiences as a Navy Seal and then more recently as a contractor for the CIA and his involvement in South America "networking" for God knows whom, getting deeply involved with using cocaine and infiltrating the whole drug underground down there.

Shawn stated that he has a problem now believing that anything is real. He has come to consider himself a Christian in the new sense of the word, a seeker of truth.

Anyway his confessions became more and more disturbing and even now I wonder if maybe I should not have watched this interview. Tucker has been doing some disturbing interviews lately, but this takes the cake as far as I am concerned:

Another perspective. This guy goes into an area I speculated on at the time, how the other two people in the helicopter, both males, would have been under pressure by virtue of the threat of court martial, not to criticize or attempt to alter the performance of this female officer and pilot - a factor leading directly to the deaths of all these people... a danger of DEI.
