Warning

I find that it is impossible to know what the truth is about Covid-19, the Wuhan Flu that isn't that is that might be that probably is that experts assure us isn't from a Wuhan China bioweapons lab funded in part by Americans who believe that the world is dangerously overpopulated, a view which has been taught in colleges and universities for decades.

Nevertheless, occasionally something comes along that seems like it should be considered. An article about vaccinations discussing expert opinion and theories that ends with this seems worth a read:

“For example, if someone wished to harm or kill a significant proportion of the world’s population over the next few years, the systems being put in place right now will enable it.

“It’s my considered view that it is entirely possible that this will be used for massive-scale depopulation.”

Former Pfizer VP Sounds Alarm: COVID-19 Vaccine Campaign “Madness” That May Be Used For “Massive-Scale Depopulation”

Of course, with news like this making the headlines, government needs to go on the counteroffensive:

“Right Now I’m Scared” – CDC Director Warns of “Impending Doom” with Covid Case Trajectory (VIDEO)

Bear in mind that any time the government wants to see the Covid numbers go up all they have to do is increase testing. If the tests are as inaccurate as claimed (excessive false positive results) and as long as the media is willing to stifle debate, government can have its way with us.

A Blast from the Past

Way back when I was a teenager my parents used to rent a second-floor apartment in our house. More than one bush pilot flying seaplanes and ski planes for Folsom's Air Service rented that apartment when they first came to town. One of those pilots was Charlie Coe who stayed on with Folsom's and became somewhat of a legend in his time. Charlie was short and a lightweight but always wore a smile and talked with a voice similar to that of Willie Nelson, although without the Texas accent but with much more joie de vivre.

Charlie's greatest claim to fame was his piloting of Folsom's de Havilland DHC-2 Beaver tail number N1537V. This Beaver wound up in infamy as the bright yellow float plane in the movie Sweet Home Alabama. I can remember several occasions when from inside my parents' home I could hear the roar of this radial-engine beast approaching low from the east, a wide-open vista across Wilson Pond. Racing outside I would get there just in time to have Charlie in his Beaver nearly clip the roof-top, roaring over and banking up and to the right before passing over the Greenville airport.

For years, Charlie and his wife motored around in their Metropolitan, which brings me to why I am writing this post. Here's a video from the Metropolitan Museum. As I recall, Charlie's Metropolitan was light aqua and white. I never was quite clear on whether Charlie only ran one of these or maybe had more along the way. For several years they lived in the house at the airport, as I recall, so his car would be parked there at the airport every night.

One more blast from the past...

Did you know that Folsom's Beaver was originally dark red I believe with black trim way back in the 1960's when Dick first bought it? Back then it had a round porthole style side window on each side.

Biden's First Press Conference

A note for history. President Biden held his first press conference since the inauguration today. There seemed to be a few reporters in the room but mostly empty floor space. I have a few impressions that I'll note.

He selected reporters from a list on his podium. It wasn't the typical setting where reporters compete for attention by calling out questions.

Biden seemed to have notes that he referred to when answering some of the questions which suggests to me that he knew the questions ahead of time.

He seemed rehearsed.

In other words there seemed to be the appearance that reporters submitted questions days in advance giving the Biden team the opportunity to coach old Joe until they felt he was ready to go public. The fact that no reporters talked about this suggests to me that it's an in-house secret, like one of those things where if you do let the cat out of the bag you'd not be welcome in the future.

He didn't fall asleep. I did but he didn't. He was boring.

There seemed to be considerable ass-licking going on. Put another way, the reporters who got to speak were flattering him, not confronting him. There was nothing in the room that in any way resembled President Trump's press conferences, no Jim Acosta demanding the mic and barking out insults, no cameras drowning out questions and answers with noisy shutter sounds.

Biden's answers seemed to sort of skim the surface of what few issues were covered. There was a heavy focus on the Mexico border plan but Biden seemed to be kicking the can down the road. He was vague about when reporters would be allowed to photograph the detention facilities. He did seem to say that once his people had all the problems sorted out, reporters would be allowed in. He also seemed to say that President Trump left children to starve to death on the Mexican side of the border. He seemed to say that there was nothing new about the migrant surge this year, that it happens every year about this same time. He said most of the individuals as well as most of the families were being returned to Mexico rather than being allowed into the U.S.

Just my opinion, but there seemed to be some real whoppers in what he said and I'm guessing nobody will call him out on any of them. I hope I'm wrong. Other than that it just seemed like a real waste of time watching him evade issues while appearing not to. The thing seemed more like a choreographed performance than it did a press conference. He only blanked out once or twice and even then for only a second or two.

One thing of note was when Biden straight-faced and without hesitation said that he first came to the Senate "120 years ago". Go figure. That would be the year 1901. Biden was in the Senate from 1973 to 2009 according to Wikipedia. Biden was talking about the filibuster procedure in the Senate. I wasn't able to decipher Biden's current position on the filibuster. Democrats have been talking about it since last fall. Apparently Barack Obama is on record calling the filibuster a relic of Jim Crow, in other words racist and thus due for cancellation by the cancel culture. I suppose that also explains the 120 years ago comment since also recently in the news was some sort of memo or directive or something in Oregon that calls on schools to abolish math because in math there exists right and wrong answers, clearly a racist construct.

Is it just my imagination or has the United States of America gone crazy?

The Difference between Conservative and Liberal

See if you can pick out the difference...

A conservative and a liberal are caught in the crossfire in yet another "mass shooting".

Conservative: "I wish I had a gun to defend myself."

Liberal: "I hope nobody else here has a gun."

An undocumented Mexican immigrant gang member rapes and murders an innocent girl.

Serious Conservative: "He should be hanged first before he is deported."

Serious Liberal: "They need to let this man go free. There is no such thing as an illegal alien."

The Covid pandemic relentlessly drags on.

Conservative: "Wearing these masks day after day makes people sick."

Liberal: "Just submit."

The price of gasoline has already jumped sixty cents a gallon since Joe Biden was sworn in.

Conservative: "This is going to drive inflation and crush the economy."

Liberal: "If I were the praying type, this is an answer to prayer. Cheap gas is robbing us of our future!"

In the debate for "equal pay for equal work"...

Conservative: "A women's soccer team wouldn't stand a chance against a men's team. Same for basketball. Do they even have women's football in America?"

Liberal: "I tell my grandkids there's nothing a man can do that a woman can't do just as well if not better."

Lawyers

Sydney Powell is in the news again. She is the lawyer being sued by the voting machine company over claims regarding the Trump/Biden U.S. presidential election last November. She's being sued for damages and whatever in excess of a billion dollars. I don't know about you but I wouldn't want to be sued for exercising my freedom of speech.

But it seems that she has come up with an interesting defense. At first glance her defense seems like a stab in the back for those who believed the election was stolen. But on second thought...

Her new line of defense is reported as being that no reasonable person would believe the claims she had made. I suppose that argument would go something like oh so you claim that you have suffered over one billion dollars in damages from my claims? How? When it has been made clear to the whole world that no court in the land has believed me and that no election officials believe the claims and that no mainstream media outlets support the claims, in other words no reasonable people believe the claims, then what damage has been done? What, are you going to start claiming that reasonable people have believed me? Are you going to claim that my claims have resonated with reasonable-thinking people? Are you going to claim that it is reasonable to doubt the election results?

It would take a lawyer to pull that one off. She has a few. She is one!

Mount Evans in Colorado

Back when I was just a wee little twenty year old airman temporarily assigned for training in Denver I drove, on several occasions, my bright red Chevrolet Impala two-door hardtop up this mountain.

I love this guy's videos and his bicycles!

Sin

I have the bad habit of trying to simplify everything to a basic level that works when using common sense. The word "sin" has evaded me up till just now.

My new definition of sin:

Sin is anything that you do that you have to keep secret from everybody else because if anybody else finds out, your reputation is trash.

Big Moose Pffffft

Back when I was young and 1984 hadn't happened yet there was this mountain in Maine called Squaw Mountain. Then Squaw was cancelled, one of the early victims of Communism in Maine. The word "squaw" is offensive, they said. Pft, gone, lost forever.

The problem is there was this ski area on its north-facing slopes and the ski area was also known as Squaw and the people of the area liked the name "Squaw" and didn't find it offensive at all. I mean wasn't there some legend about an Indian - oh, sorry, I meant Native American or First Nations or whatever is the least offensive name at the moment - maiden? Some day the locals are just going to have to face the music and quit using that offensive word Squaw for the name of that ski area, aren't they?

Some day "Squaw" will be lost.

Now, wise people somewhere did change the name of the mountain itself to Big Moose Mountain. I doubt that the name selection was done by any kind of fair popular vote and besides, no doubt some day someone, some group of animal lovers or something, will be offended that the name of Maine's most majestic and ugliest animal is being used to name a landmark, let alone a commercial enterprise. Besides, Big Moose Mountain Ski Area? Are you kidding me? That name is as ugly as a moose!

A thought... Since Squaw is lost, doesn't it follow that "Squaw" should be "Lost"?

Lost Mountain Ski Area - That has a ring to it. Lost Mountain Resort. How about Lost Legend Lodge? And the bar could be The Lost Maiden Lounge!!!

Lost Mountain. I like that. Not sure Little Moose should be Little Lost though. I wouldn't just be a little lost about that name. I'd be a lot lost!

A clarification: By "lost" I don't mean to suggest lost as in I lost my way or a lost hiker or, "I'm lost. Can you give me directions to that ski area up there near Moosehead Lake?" I mean lost in the sense of lost liberty.

Racism

I've been trying to figure out just how to put this for awhile now. I don't comment on racism much. Way back when, there used to be this expression "color blind" but these days in the Orwellian age I suppose even being color blind would be a sign of racism.

My opinion?

Anybody who obsesses about racism is racist.

Covid Links Worth Saving

Here's an article about the new Covid vaccines that seems worth saving:

Top vaccine scientist warns the world: HALT all covid-19 vaccinations immediately, or “uncontrollable monster” will be unleashed

Now that seems like a novel approach to this insane pandemic.

Then there's this article, same media source:

Take a Knee

I received an email today from the Epoch Times, a conservative news outlet with a reputation for accuracy in their reporting, unlike fake news outlets, and the feature article in this email was the controversy between the U.S. Marines and Tucker Carlson, popular Fox News host.

Here's the link to the article:

Marine Corps Account Says It ‘Messed Up’ in Response to Fox’s Carlson

This article refers to an apology in tweets from the Marine Corps which included this statement:

"We can do better and we will collectively take a knee, review our procedures and get back in the fight."

Did you catch that? The Marines will collectively take a knee to demonstrate their understanding that they screwed up in their response to the conservative perspective related to their new policies.

So either this redefines what taking a knee means in this modern age or they demonstrated how insensitive they are or they slapped conservatives in the face while mockingly apologizing. Which is it? Because in this age people "take a knee" to demonstrate against the American National Anthem, THE symbol in music for belief in America and its defense.

More Truth than You Can Handle

IN THE NAME OF ZION (FULL DOCUMENTARY)

That Makes Nonsense

We are in the age of nonsense. Scanning the headlines this morning New York's Governor Cuomo remains at the top of the charts as he continues to resist efforts to get him to resign over sexual harassment claims by an ever-increasing number of women while the world tries to ignore claims that the real problem with Cuomo is a much larger issue. So far I have not seen a media push to deny the claim that it was Cuomo's own policies that resulted in placing Covid-19 patients into New York nursing homes where the disease spread and caused the deaths of thousands of elderly patients. If the claims weren't true wouldn't they be in dispute? Can anybody make sense of that? Meanwhile the governor of Michigan, a state which it is suggested practiced the same thing that New York State did with nursing homes, is calling for an investigation into Cuomo's sexual harassment claims.

Another headline, this time from the Gateway Pundit, claims that the city of Minneapolis, currently hosting jury selection for the accused police murderer of Black folk hero George Floyd, has settled with Floyd's family for $27,000,000.00 just before the court case where it is expected to be argued that Floyd died of a severe fentanyl overdose. Yesterday I watched previously unreleased police body cam footage of Floyd deliriously resisting arrest and claiming he couldn't breath when officers had him sitting in the back seat of a police car. What? I mean, there it was on video. Police had successfully transferred Floyd by walking him from his own vehicle to the back seat of a police car. One might ask how did he get out of that police car and wind up on the ground. That must be on body cam video too, right? Interesting how the media meters out the truth to the public for maximum impact taking months and months to do it while inspiring their the audience to cause many millions or even billions of dollars worth of damage in riots while nobody holds the media or even the rioters responsible.

In another headline that I saw yesterday Fox News ran a story suggesting that Covid-19 was quite likely an accidental release of a weaponized virus strain, a bioweapon, from the virus research facility just outside of Wuhan China, a claim that has been around practically since the beginning of the pandemic - "around" but not in mainstream media which has tried to convince us that where the virus came from really doesn't matter. Meanwhile another news article showed a picture of Kamala Harris at an outdoor podium heralding the news of the Biden Covid $1,900,000,000,000.00 stimulus package which, I believe I have read, received not even one Republican vote apparently because it included so much wasted "progressive" funding. So far I haven't seen a reliable breakdown of all the causes funded in the name of Covid relief spending. While Vice President Harris made the announcement at this outdoor podium, President Biden stood off in the background masked in his traditional Antifa-black Covid mask, or masks. He has taken to double-masking, the newest trendy trend.

I didn't watch it but apparently President Biden, himself still the subject of a sexual abuse scandal, appeared before the cameras Thursday evening to, among other things, assure Americans that on July 4th this year they will be allowed by their government to have cautious family gatherings while they celebrate American independence from tyrannical government. Hey, that was 1776. This is now. Things change, you know? Now if you protest government tyranny the way Iraq War veteran and young father Joshua James did January 6, they send a turreted  armored military vehicle to protect a parade of government law enforcement vehicles to your home to arrest you. Sort of like the Roger Stone arrest on steroids. These days it's all about visual impact, show biz.

I suppose I could go on but I think this makes my case. All of these examples make no sense. None actually make sense. But it's all happening. This is a whole new era, a new age in history, the age of nonsense.

Intellectual Powerhouse

I normally click off the ads that come when I watch YouTube videos. Recently I have noticed an ad (currently running in the background) with former Vice Presidential candidate (2008) Sarah Palin dressed in red jabbering away. I never had much respect for her intelligence, but just now it dawned on me that as of right now, March 2021, compared to President Joe Biden, Sarah Palin is an intellectual powerhouse!

Conservative Democrat

It irks conservative Republicans when members of their party defend and promote liberal policies and positions. Republicans even have a derogatory slur for them. They are RINO's, Republicans In Name Only.

But in today's U.S. political climate, nobody talks about conservative Democrats, that is, Democrats who aren't Socialists. Even the term "conservative Democrat" seems like an oxymoron.

I personally cannot bring myself to believe that among voting Democrats there aren't any people who relate more with conservative principles than with the "liberal" "progressive" Socialist principles being pushed by the modern Democrat Party.

Maybe that's why Donald Trump doesn't want the Republican Party acting as if it owns the name Trump?

Sleepy Joe

I haven't had much to say about this but just watch the beginning of this video and see if you can pick out the problem:

Biden Gaffes Increasingly EMBARRASSING as His Poll Numbers Are IMPLODING!

If you couldn't stomach the whole video, in just the first twenty seconds of it President Biden tried in vain to remember these names:

1. The name of his own appointee - former General Lloyd Austin

2. Former General Austin's current title - Secretary of Defense

3. The department of government run by Secretary Austin - the Defense Department

4. The place where "the guy who runs that outfit over there" works - the Pentagon

But who am I to criticize, right? Anyone familiar with this blog knows I've had cognitive and memory issues my whole life. I know it when I see it and I see it in President Biden. The thing is, I can't figure out what the people in charge are going to do about it. How long will the American people tolerate the way the Dems and the mainstream media are covering up the problem? How long will the rest of the world's leaders tolerate it?

Personally I think old Joe should try Brain Force Plus from the Infowars store. Couldn't hurt to try, could it? If I had it as bad as Joe here does, that's what I would do - chug some of that down and see where it gets me.

"Woke"

Why is it that in the realm of progressive Democrats, being "Woke" involves adopting totally insane values and making absurdly insane claims while in the minds of conservatives the idea of "waking up" involves opening your eyes to the insanity of it all?

To progressive Democrats, "woke" = insanity, as if it's insane to be sane

To Conservative patriots, "awake" = sanity, as if it's insane to be insane

Peter Daszak

This is a name to Google. If you do it won't take long before you understand why.

Of course if you want a hint try reading the comments on this YouTube video:
